With the rise of digitalization and artificial intelligence, along with other factors like multicultural teams, hybrid working, competitive markets, and faster product cycles, leaders must be agile and adaptable. Organizations and their leaders should pay attention to the context in which they operate, be ready to deploy a range of leadership approaches and adapt as their business landscape changes.
Based on years of research, the Institute for Management Development (IMD) has developed the Organizational Leadership: Driving Culture and Performance online program to enhance leaders' impact. The program shows you how to improve and adapt the workplace environments you create for your business and teams. It also introduces you to a Leadership Operating System (OS) built on trust, clarity, and momentum.
During the five-week program, you’ll explore the elements of the Leadership OS, learn how to motivate people, and set the tone for organizational culture and performance. By the end of the program, you’ll have developed a tailored Leadership OS action plan ready to implement immediate changes in their business.

About the certificate
Acquire the skills to foster a thriving environment for your employees and earn an official certificate of completion from the Institute for Management Development (IMD).
Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with your digital certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the program handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the program.

You can pay your course fees before the course starts, or you may opt for a split payment plan on courses that are nine weeks and shorter. For courses 10 weeks and longer, there is a three-part payment plan available. Manage your time

The course work is broken up into weekly, manageable bite-sized modules, with incremental deadlines, designed to help you pace yourself over the duration of the course and allow you the legroom to work when it suits you best.
At the beginning of each module you'll be presented with the course content and assignments necessary for completion. You also have access to your Success Adviser who will help you manage your time, and support you with any administrative or technical queries you might have.

How to change your start date
