Reflect on your learnings to create an action plan for installing your Leadership OS, and consider how you will go about leaving a leadership legacy.

Shlomo Ben-Hur

Professor of Leadership, Organization, and Corporate Learning, IMD

As an educator, consultant, and coach, Professor Ben-Hur combines a doctorate, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees with 20 years of experience in senior executive positions at several multinational organizations. His research, experience, and ideas have been published in journals, including the Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Forbes, Financial Times, and MIT Sloan Management Review. He is currently director of IMDs programs Organizational Learning in Action, for senior learning leaders and teams, and Changing Employee Behavior.

Nik Kinley

Director, YSC Consulting

Nik Kinley’s diverse experience over the past 30 years encompasses work with CEOs, factory floor workers, life-sentence prisoners, government officials, and children. He has held global leadership roles in talent management and leadership development for BP Group and Barclays RBB. In addition to having his work published in numerous leading journals, Kinley is a regular lecturer at leading global business schools and a frequent speaker at conferences. He currently works in advising firms across the globe on their leadership and people strategies, and as a coach for boards, CEOs, and senior execs with some of the world’s largest firms.
